FAQ's
Questions? We’ve got answers! From formats to delivery, here’s everything you need to know about preserving your memories.
What types of media can you digitize?
We digitize VHS tapes, DVDs, MiniDV, Hi8, VHS-C, photos, and more! If you’re unsure, send us a message.
How long does the digitization process take?
Most projects are completed in 2-3 days, but larger or more complex orders may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How will I receive my digitized files?
You’ll get a secure download link with a password to access all your files. If you prefer, you can also order a USB flash drive or DVD copies for easy storage and playback.
Do you return my original tapes and photos?
Yes! We safely return all originals along with your new digital files.
Can you convert damaged VHS tapes?
We can fix some minor tape issues, but heavily damaged tapes may not be recoverable. Contact us for an assessment.
Do you clean up the video quality?
Yes! We perform basic color correction, noise reduction, and stabilization to improve playback quality.
Can you combine multiple tapes into one file?
Yes! We can merge multiple videos or keep them as separate files—just let us know what you prefer.
Can you remove commercials or unwanted footage?
We can trim out commercials or blank sections for an additional fee.
What resolution are the scanned photos?
We scan at 600 DPI (standard) or 1200 DPI (high-res) for photos that you may want printed, upon request.
Can you restore faded or damaged photos?
Yes! We offer photo restoration services ranging from basic color correction to full reconstruction of severely damaged images. Whether your photos have faded over time, suffered stains, scratches, or even missing details, we can help bring them back to life. Pricing starts at $0.15 per photo for minor touch-ups and goes up to $50 for extensive repairs.
Do you scan entire photo albums or just loose photos?
We scan both! We can digitize entire album pages or carefully remove and scan individual photos. However, some self-adhesive (magnetic) albums can make photo removal risky. If we’re unable to safely remove photos for individual scanning, we’ll reach out with options.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts on large orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Stripe), and Venmo.
Do you require payment upfront?
For large orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront, which will be applied toward the total purchase. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
How do I send my tapes and photos to you?
You can drop them off locally or ship them to us—we’ll provide clear instructions to ensure safe delivery! Worried about shipping? We also offer on-site photo digitization in the Las Vegas Valley. Stay tuned for upcoming courses that will teach you how to digitize your memories right at home.
Are my memories safe during digitization?
Absolutely! We handle all items with care, and your files are stored securely until delivery.
Do you keep a backup of my files?
We store backups for 60 days in case you need extra copies.

Yes! We offer USB and external hard drive options for an additional fee.
Can you create a highlight reel from my tapes?
